At SRG we know there are many elements to an individual’s golf game: our goal is to learn yours and work with you to make maximum improvements. To help you hone your game we take the time to understand your individual goals, and to identify your level of skill and fitness. To fully develop this understanding we recommend a TPI physical screen, which involves a technical assessment of how your body functions in relation to the golf swing. Using this knowledge, we will give you an individualised plan, incorporating specific training drills so you can achieve your desired goals. The follow up sessions after this are key to ensure you stay on track and fulfil your optimum potential.
